This rate is for lead agencies or renters who do not reside, operate, or are employed in San Francisco’s District 11, Lakeview, or OMI communities, and organizations that do not have tax exempt status.

Rates are subject to change based on cost of operations.

Rental Fees:
→ Weekday (Monday – Friday from 8 AM- 1 PM including set up and take down) rates: $75/hour

→ Weekday Evening (Monday – Thursday for events ending after 6:30PM) $300/hour, *6 hour minimum

→ Weekend Day (Friday – Sunday, from 8 AM-1 PM) $80/hour

→ Weekend Evening (Friday – Sunday, for events ending after 1 PM) $495/hour, *6 hour minimum

Cleaning Fee: $350.00 minimum.

*NOTE: There is a six hour minimum Evening rate fee for any event ending after 1pm.

→ Weekday Evening (Monday – Thursday for events ending after 6:30PM) $210/hour, *6 hour minimum

→ Weekend Day (Friday – Sunday, from 8 AM-1 PM) $70/hour

→ Weekend Evening (Friday – Sunday, for events ending after 1 PM) $385/hour, *6 hour minimum

Cleaning Fee: $350.00 minimum.

This rate is intended for artists and local community members with the most need and least access to event spaces residing in the 94134, 94132, 94127, 94112 or 94110 area.

Performing Arts Workshop contributes resources for up to 3 rentals per month at this rate tier. Associated space rental fees are waived in this category.

In order to be eligible for this rate, you must refrain from charging admission and vending any other services/items during your event. Events must last no more than 6 hours including set up and take down.

Minimum contribution requirements: on-site event staff fee and associated cleaning fees.

Performing Arts Workshop requires “CGL” = Commercial General Liability. Renters should provide a Certificate of Insurance to Geneva Powerhouse rentals that lists Performing Arts Workshop – Geneva Powerhouse, CAST (Community Arts Stabilization Trust), and Rec and Park in their coverage. Renters must include a General Liability Additional Insured endorsement, with limits equal or greater than $1M Each Occurrence, $2M General Aggregate.
