In accordance with our commitment to provide an arts and community cultural space for the residents, artists, and organizations in San Francisco’s District 11, Lakeview, and OMI communities, we offer three categories of rental rates with corresponding prerequisites for two of the three categories.
Standard Rates are for lead agencies or renters who DO NOT reside, operate, or are employed in San Francisco’s District 11, Lakeview, or OMI communities, and organizations that do not have tax exempt status.
Local Neighborhood Rates are for lead agencies or renters who reside, operate, or are employed in San Francisco’s District 11, Lakeview, or OMI communities. Not for profit organizations with tax exempt status outside the designated area may also be considered for this rate if approved by Performing Arts Workshop.
Reduced Artist and Local Neighborhood Rates are intended for artists and local community members with the most need and least access to event spaces. Performing Arts Workshop contributes resources for up to three rentals per month at this rate tier. Associated space rental fees are waived in this category. Minimum contribution requirements: renter(s) cover all expenses for on site event staff time, associated cleaning costs, and provide event insurance. In order to be eligible for this rate, you must refrain from charging admission and vending any other services/items during your event.
