As we build our Powerhouse Rentals program, we are working to be flexible so that the space is used by the community as much as possible. We want to be transparent that this flexibility is not sustainable with the costs we incur to run the space. As such, we will be continuously adjusting as needed. We do not currently have the staff capacity to take on all events, thus, we will take on as many events as possible.

Please double check the Geneva Powerhouse calendar below before filling out your rental form to help avoid programming and/or other event conflicts. Additionally, only completed forms will be considered; please submit your form at least 14 business days before your planned date.

How does your event support D11, Lakeview or OMI community?*
The Geneva Powerhouse offers a Reduced Artist and Local Neighborhood Rate program. It is intended for artists and local community members with the most need and least access to event spaces. Performing Arts Workshop contributes resources for up to three (3) rentals per month at this rate tier. Associated space rental fees are waived in this category. Minimum contribution requirements: renter(s) cover on site event staff time, associated cleaning costs, and are expected to provide event insurance. In order to qualify for this rate, your event must be no more than 6 hours total (including set up and take down) and not charge admission.
Please note that the Geneva Powerhouse Rentals Committee will assess your approval for this rate.
